Shahezad Khan is a highly experienced real estate professional based in Dubai, with over two decades of expertise in real estate, banking, mortgage finance, and investment consultancy. With a unique blend of financial expertise and deep market knowledge, Shahezad is a trusted advisor to investors, homeowners, and corporate clients seeking strategic real estate solutions. His career began in mortgage finance in 2007 as a Mortgage Broker with Profolio Home Mortgage in Houston, where he worked with over 25 lending institutions, specializing in mortgage approvals, refinancing, and structured financing.

He later built his banking career in the UAE with globally recognized institutions including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Standard Chartered, Citibank, Mashreq, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and ABN AMRO, developing extensive expertise in mortgage advisory, financial structuring, and property financing for resident and non-resident clients.

As the Founder of KIREB (K International Real Estate Broker), established in Dubai in 2019, Shahezad has led the company’s expansion across the UAE, Armenia, Georgia, and India, offering services in residential and commercial sales, off-plan investments, luxury holiday homes, property management, and investment consultancy.

His direct exposure to Dubai’s luxury real estate market through collaborations with leading developers including DAMAC Properties and The Heart of Europe has further strengthened his expertise in premium investment opportunities, waterfront developments, and high-value property sales.
